At the point in our transactions when things required immediate attention, Steve was available and responding all waking hours. His responses were faster than I could have ever hoped for and lead me to wonder when this guy sleeps and how he had other clients if he seemed so invested in us. Apparently, he's able to make us all feel that way. I was always amazed that he never wrote anything down but had every stat memorized. Steve has been very helpful and guided us throughout our home-buying process. He has been very patient with us and we looked for several homes during our House Hunt. He tried his best and put all his efforts into getting a short-sale home which we were interested in however due to bureaucratic reasons with different banks involved we, unfortunately, did not get that house.
